Keeping the sales team inspired is always important.
Every year (2020-2021 excluded for obvious reasons), First Integrity puts on a sales retreat and invites a motivational speaker to the event. Each year has a theme, 2022s theme was “Authentic Success”. Two abstract concepts that had to be translated into a brand.
The full suite for the sales retreat included a printed agenda card, name table tents, a deck and a welcome video. For the welcome video each of the sales team submitted a video paying another member of the team a compliment. I took all those videos and combined them into a cohesive video to welcome everyone to the event.
